We charge a reasonable rate for our services and there are no administrative fees. You know your costs up-front. We take properties of all ages and price points. We do not get paid unless you have received your rental proceeds. All late fees received are paid to the owner. We do credit checks, leases, periodic property inspections (inside and out). Photos can be emailed at owner request. Owners are kept informed of any problems or potential problems as they arise. NO work is done without the owner’s approval unless emergency to preserve property and tenant safety; we use licensed and insured contractors. All phone calls, texts or emails are returned promptly.
